What is your Smallest Viable Change?

So we start the year full of resolutions; new goals; new habits. Tick. It's now the third week of January, work is back in full steam, and holidays are a distant memory. The change we want to make is getting harder.

What else can you do if you find yourself at this juncture? There's lots of things you can do but the most important thing is to get moving.

Help! My brain is full.

At the end of a year, we are programmed to look back at what we have or haven’t achieved and look forward to the new year as a clean slate. The cumulative effect of the non-work distractions adding to this checklist of open work projects often leaves us anxious to get things finished. To get something – anything – out of our full brains.
