I was listening to the leader of a large, multinational organisation speak recently. He was talking about the culture change process the company had implemented. One statement has stayed with me:
“Of course we trust our people.”
Which is great, because trust is so important to workplace culture.
We all bring our unique worldviews, style and approach to the work we are doing. We won’t always agree on everything. How we deal with it is up to each of us.
